Making an Italian Espresso the Old Traditional Way

Makiing a tradtional Italian espresso without an expensive coffee machine. I use a £20 stove top moka machine with illy or lavazza coffee usually. coffee made this way can sometimes be a little bitter because the steam gets trapped an affects the taste, so I use a little trick I learned as a kid from my Italian family in north Italy 30 years ago. Heres how they used to do it.
